Panchang
Update: Since many almanacs are now available online and in app stores of mobile devices, this page is no longer being maintained.
These vCalendar files contain the Marathi Almanac - known locally as 'Panchang'. This information is otherwise commonly available in newspapers, magazines and other online and offline media. We do not vouch for the accuracy of the information in these files, kindly allow for human errors and use at your own risk. You can add these all day events to your calendar (KOrganizer, Palm Desktop, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook) by importing the files into your calendar.
Note 1: Please save these files to your desktop and use the File->Import menu of your calendaring software to add them to your calendar. Note 2: For Outlook 2003 users, the way Outlook 2003 (erroneously) handles these files causes the imported events to be shown as "Busy" instead of "Free". This is not a problem with Palm Desktop or KOrganizer. Ive tried twiddling with different 'TRANSP' values, but to no avail. If you know a way around this, please let me know.
