Here are some raga based ringtones in midi format for your mobile phones. Enjoy !

Alternatively, Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) the links to the ringtone files. Choose the appropriate save or download option. The options vary depending on your browser: for Internet Explorer it is Save Target As, for Firefox it is Save Link As, for Safari it is Download Linked File.
Note: If your mobile phone doesnt support midi files directly, Im sure you will find software that converts them into appropriate format for it.
